Some inspiration to help you set an intention for your week

Good morning, beautiful people.

Maybe I’m a little strange (my friends are probably saying “more than a little”), but I quite like Mondays.  Don’t get me wrong, I still get that slight sinking feeling on a Sunday night that the weekend is over, knowing I have to set the alarm for the next morning, but I love the feeling of unlimited potential at the start of the week.  No matter what happened last week, you can change the world this week, one little bit a time.  Anything is possible!

The only way to do this is to set your mind to it and setting an intention can really help with this.  I think the best intentions are expressed in the present tense and start with “I”.  To help you out, here are a few little bits of inspiration.

  1. I think this is a great post – a well intended paradigm shift! I intend to have a happier week at work and that starts tomorrow with the endless possibilities that you remind me a Monday offers! I’m going to ask my boss for a new goal that’s achievable by the end of the week!
